The cast of Theatrecraft’s post-Christmas production of Dick Whittington have been out in force in The Bay promoting their show which runs at the King’s Hall from Thursday 6th Sunday - 11th January with a matinee on Saturday 6th. Next year will soon be this year - so book now to avoid disappointment! If you are looking for something FREE and fun to do during the Summer holidays, there is a family friendly festival taking place in the village of Preston (CT3 1HB) over the August bank holiday weekend (23-25th). It is aptly called Preston Summerfest. You can get in touch with them via their page if you would like to arrange camping which is also free. The event is paid for by sponsors but they will be collecting money for Pilgrims Hospices and Porchlight (as well as the local primary school).

Brilliant news that Margate will receive £6.3 million for their levelling up bid!	The Police and Crime Commissioner has launched a survey as part of his inquiry into violence against women and girls in Kent. This anonymous five minute survey will ask for peoples experiences as victims of crime, perceptions of safety in different locations and seek views as to how we can all do better in making women and girls safer.
